SIKKIM- Entry formalities

Foreign Nationals who are coming to Sikkim for less than 15 days, don't need Sikkim Entry Permit.
You have to make entry at Entry Point. So you require only Valid Passport and Indian VISA. Indians don't need any Entry formality for Sikkim.

Foreign nationals staying for more than 15 days in Sikkim need to obtain Inner Line Permit (ILP) to visit Sikkim which is issued by all Indian Missions abroad, Tourism offices, New Delhi, Sikkim Tourism Office, Kolkatta and Sikkim Tourist Office, Siliguri on the basis of an Indian visa. You can get entry permit to Sikkim by producing photocopies of passport and Indian visa, along with 03 copies of passport photos.
