Accommodation: Dear Participants, Please check Program and accommodation as final list on Thursday 18th Dec. 2008. Here is the list of accommodation – 3 Hotels (Tourist Lodge, NHPC Hotel and Highway Hotel), One Guest House and Two Hostels (A Wing for Males only and B Wing for Ladies, and Families). When you get down at Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station, you will find some more new friends who will be coming to our conference. Please look for them and come together in taxi. Please check your accommodation and if you wish to change hotel into hostel or hostel into hotel, please inform us immediately by Wednesday 17th Dec. 2008. After that no change will be possible. Please look for amount due for registration or accommodation which you have to pay at venue. Everyone has to pay minimum for three nights because we have reserved accordingly in advance. If your name is missing please inform us. If there is any wrong entry about payment, please inform us immediately. Majitar is not very cold, Gangtok is mild cold and if you go above Gangtok, it is very cold. You need woolen clothes. At hostel and guest house we will provide blanket, pillow, pillow cover, bed sheets and bed. All rooms of hostel and guest house are having attached toilet (western). For Sikkim Tour, we will be having a stall at venue of authorized travel agent to whom you can contact there. We will also put at website soon. From Airport or Railway Station you can get shared taxi of 8 to 10 persons (each person costing Rs 100 to 150; US$ 2 to 3). If you want to travel alone by taxi then you have to pay Rs. 1100 to 1200 for taxi (or US $ 21 to 22) please bargain there. Our volunteers will be available at Airport and Railway Station. Don’t Travel alone in the night. Please contact our people for help if you are reaching in night at railway station. Sikkim is otherwise very safe having least crimes in India. If you are reaching at Majitar after 5 p.m. in evening then registration counter will be closed so you go straight way to your room in hotel or hostel and make the payment when you come to venue next day. You should report at registration as soon as you reach Sikkim.

Normal rates for sight seeing and transport are as follows.
Participants have been allotted hotels and hostels as per the following list. Please check your room number and occupy the room accordingly after paying your dues if any. Tourist Lodge, Rangpo (This Tourist Lodge is on Main road at Rangpo and we request the participants staying at Tourist Lodge to report at venue first and then go at Tourist Lodge. Majitar is 5 k.m. ahead of Rangpo, If participants are coming late in the evening or late night they can go directly to Tourist Lodge. On conference days we will arrange for transportation from Tourist Lodge at 8 a.m. to Conference Venue and back to Lodge after dinner.) for International Delegates US $ 100 per room per night
Hotel Highway (This Hotel Highway is on Main road at Majitar and we request the participants staying at Hotel Highway to report at venue first and then go at Hotel. It is walking distance from venue) For Indian Delegates Rs. 1000 per room per night
